1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdd33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein.

4.2 Registration Information

At registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must keep this information current and accurate at all times. Notify bdd33 promptly if any of your registered details change.

4.3 KYC Verification

bdd33 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by bdd33 may result in suspension of withdrawal access or account closure.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bdd33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Third-party deposits — payments made from an account, wallet, or card belonging to another individual — are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

Where any conflict exists between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Wagers

All sports bets placed on bdd33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable sports betting rules. bdd33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where an error in the displayed odds is identified prior to settlement.

7.2 Odds & Markets

Odds displayed on the bdd33 sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to a Wager being confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your Wager is accepted constitute the agreed odds for that Wager. In-play odds move rapidly; it is your responsibility to verify the accepted odds prior to confirming any in-play bet.

7.3 Void Bets

A Wager may be declared void and the stake returned to your Account in circumstances including: an event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; a market is suspended due to technical error; a clear pricing error is identified; or governing sporting rules determine the event result to be null. bdd33's decision on voided bets is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 10.

8. Casino & Slots Rules

• Engaging in any form of sports event manipulation, match-fixing, or insider information betting.

10. Suspension & Termination

bdd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bdd33 reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Upon closure of an Account for a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at bdd33's sole discretion. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, at the Player's own request or pursuant to a self-exclusion election), real-money funds will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit bdd33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data
